Questions and corrections
If you spot a mistake in an article, or want to know more about a haircut on the site, email us and mention the page address. We check every report and fix confirmed errors.
We can't give veterinary advice
We are groomers, not vets. We can't diagnose skin, ear, eye or other health problems by email or from photos. If your dog seems uncomfortable, or a grooming problem doesn't go away, please see your veterinarian.

For brand, partnership or press inquiries, use the same address and put "Brand" or "Press" in the subject line. Please read our editorial policy first: products are only covered after they have been used in the salon, and sending us a product does not guarantee a mention or a positive review.
